About this mod
Frank Horrigan returns to terrorize the wastes once more. Travel the Commonwealth with a new, all be it more antagonistic companion, spreading democracy and eliminating the mutant threat, and looking good while doing it.

Some 40 odd years since the faithful encounter with the Chosen One, the Enclave's secret service agent has been sighted stomping around the wastes once more. Head over to Starlight Drive-In and come face to face with this threat from the past. Be warned he will not take kindly to loitering. \
To update to V 1.2: Dismiss Horrigan then uninstall old mod and install the new one.

Hey guys, thank you for checking out this passion project. I've been playing Fallout 4 for 8 years now and noticed a distinct lack of companions carrying the old world traditions on their back. This is my first project and any and all feedback is appreciated. I will be looking to update this mod with more content with a big companion quest in the works.
