About this mod
A settlement at Braintree Mental Rehabilitation Center from the quest/dungeon mod Attack of the Lobotomites, outside that has options for Precombined Geometry, uses an ESL Flagged ESP. Tested to work alongside Sim Settlements 2, has optional SS2 City Plan & custom Leader as extras via optional plugins in a FOMOD installer

A new settlement location implemented for the main location on Attack of the Lobotomites, Braintree Mental Rehabilitation Center, which has also been verified to work alongside Sim Settlements 2.
This has custom workshop NPC support, to have settlers recruited able to be Lobotomites. These have built-in soft dependency support for exclusion keywords for Pack Attack NPC Edition & SKK Combat Stalkers. And also for exclusion on Minutemen radiant quests for those also running Who's The General(which contains numerous fixes & improvements to Minutemen quest content), thereby avoiding the need for this settlement mod itself editing these base game quests.

- Confirmed compatibility with You and What Army 2 - More Minutemen Patrols, there is a nearby Minutemen camp but it is outside of settlement boundaries & the settlement's directly edited cells.
- Confirmed compatibility with Enclave Remnants Creation Club added by the Fallout 4 next gen update on April 25th 2024). To avoid issues with its quest content, cells nearby to it such as with the railway tracks have been excluded from the settlement boundaries and scope of edits by this settlement mod
- Improved compatibility with the excellent South of the Sea Atom's Storm + Previsibines Repair Pack compatibility thanks to SotS Atom's Storm author HaplessAccreditation! Thanks to this, the number of edited cells has been greatly reduced leading to easier compatibility with player load orders.
