Yes LAD!!!!!!!! !!!!!! been looking for one that works for ages, the console command worked straight away and now my game is so much more fun. Who knew 7 years later and you'd still be helping people get a better game :) ! !!!! ! :)
Hi! Do you have any other mods besides this one? I've got maybe 4 loaded and i really don't want to break my game, and this mod hasnt been updated in a long time. J/w if it works for you :)
Anyone else getting a limit? I had 18 settlers in county crossing. I spawned with this mod and moved them and all worked well until I got to 31. Now the number does not increase, although it looks like they're moving there. County crossing remains in the list of destinations to send them to and my charisma is showing as 100.
This Mod works excellent once you simply attach the files to the data folder. however im not sure if its just other mods maybe but it kinder crashes after 10mins
Why is everyone saying data folder? You don't put them there. The description clearly says "Place the downloaded files in the same directory as your fallout4.exe". No mention of a data folder whatsoever.
Yes it's weird, when you create them, even if you create them inside a settlement, they don't actually call that their home. You have to move them to where they already are (or somewhere else). When you're successful, the number in the workshop (or on the pipboy map) will increase by 1.
I put it where the description said to, not in any data folder, but where your fallout4.exe is. That's the folder above data, in my case "c:\games\fallout 4". It works fine for me, although I can't get over 31 settlers for some reason.
Did everything the tutorial, said place file in main directory, but when I am in game, the consle doesn't recognize the command, and the settlers don't spawn.
What worked for me is changing the file extension, and placing it in Data. My game had two problems with this mod: 1) The files came as '.txt' files, and the game would not recognize them as '.bat' without tweaking the extension. 2)My game never recognizes BAT files in the main directory. Only in Data. I know every Bat mod SAYS main directory, so it obviously works that way for SOMEONE, but apparently for me, it's the Data folder. After that, it worked perfect. I even used the opportunity to tweak the file names for easy access, renaming all my BAT files to single letter names. That way, I can type 'Bat a', instead of 'Bat Moresettlers'.
Yeah, bat files work in the main directory for most people. And they only need to be .txt to work. Not sure what's going on there for you, but first I've heard of that particular problem.

On almost every mod that has this function, there haven't been any updates in years and most comments saying it doesn't work. Same here.
