This will removes the empty bottles from the junk section and scrap feature.

Discription:
This will remove your empty bottles from the Junk section of your pipboy and prevent you from scrapping them.
(This is not immersive. I made this for those of us who prefer to fill our bottles with water or milk)
This Esp is flagged as an ESL.
Installation:
Unzip the contents of this 7.zip Archive to your Data folder within your Game Directory.
Default Steam Data Folder Location:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Fallout4\Data
Enabling Plugin:
Default Plugin Location:
C:\Users\[Your Profile]\App Data\Local\Fallout 4
open plugins.txt
at the bottom of the list add
Unscrappable Empty Bottles.esp (or what ever is choosen)
Enabling Mods:
In order to make your copy of Fallout 4 mod-friendly, you'll need to edit two configuration files, Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini.
Default Location:
C:\Users\[Your Profile]\My Documents\My Games\Fallout 4
In Fallout4.ini,
Under the [Archive] section
Repalce this line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
With this line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS, TEXTURES, MUSIC, SOUND, INTERFACE,
MESHES, PROGRAMS, MATERIALS, LODSETTINGS, VIS, MISC, SCRIPTS,
SHADERSFX\
In Fallout4Prefs.ini,
Scroll down untill you find the [Launcher] section.
Underneath the [Launcer] header.
Add this Line:
bEnableFileSelection=1

Another method for installing mods is to use a Mod Manager of your choosing.
