INSTALL:
Extract archive into DATA folder.
Activate "Military Jacket.ESP" in NMM or any other program you use to activate esp files.
UNINSTALL:
Delete the files from DATA folder.
HOW TO GET:
Craft at Chemistry Station (need 5 Leather, 2 Steel, 10 Cloth).
OR
Open console with ~ button/
Type "help military 4 armo". The item which ID starts not from 00 is the one you need.
Type "player.additem XX0008001 1", where XX are the numbers from the item you've just found.
STATS:
Phisical Damage resistance - 10
Radiation resistance - 5
