This ENB + Reshade preset supports "past-gen" (1.10.163) and "next-gen" versions of the game. But it was tested mainly on next-gen version. It has two presets. One is for vanilla weather, the other is for NAC X weather mod.
Important information:
I recommend disabling in-game SSAO, as ENB has its own SSAO, which looks better.
You should only choose one of the two files depending on your situation! If you have vanilla weather, then download the beauty_and_balanced_ENB archive. If you are using the NAC X weather mod, then download the beauty_and_balanced_ENB_NAC_X archive.
Required in-game NAC X settings to prevent brightness issues (for the NAC X preset of my mod):
NAC.X SETTING MENU (APPAREL TAB on Pip-Boy screen) --> Enable NAC Patch for ENB NAC.X SETTING MENU --> NAC SETTINGS --> NAC OPTIONS --> Disable Fake Interior Darkening Installation: 1. Download and install ENBseries (v0.501, d3d11.dll, d3dcompiler_46e.dll) 1.a Optionally, you can download the 0.496 version of ENB if you are using the 1.10.163 version of the game. But the ENB v0.501 should also work. 2. Download and install Reshade (dxgi.dll) 3. Unpack my archive into the game folder with overwriting.

P. S. After starting the game, the preset should load immediately. However, if for some reason the reshade preset does not load, open the reshade settings ("HOME" key) in the game and select the preset fo4_enhance.ini.
