This mod is a replacer plugin for Tumbajamba's Heavy Kevlar Armor. This mods integrates the armors into the gunner lists and removes the quest that gives you the armor in the original. It also makes minor changes to the stats to better fit the game. They start spawning at level 25 and become more common at 30. Plugins are esp-esl.
You can choose normal version with list edits, which may conflict with other mods, or Robco Patcher version, which is less prone to conflicts.
Requires original mod, and RobCo Patcher for the specific version. Keep in mind that version 4.0.1 of Robco Patcher is not updated for Next Gen FO4.

Little quirk about a vanilla leveled list edit made in 1.1:

In order to ensure compatibility with other mods, I added a flag to the gunner and boss outfit lists. What this makes is, in vanilla the game would only select the best armor depending on player level, now weaker outfits can appear at higher level too. To minimize the impact on game balance, I increased the spawn of the best vanilla armor set slightly. Long story short, without this mod at higher player level gunners would never spawn with bad armor, with this mod they have 17% chance of having bad armor. This percentage is lower if you have more mods that add armors to this list.
