About this mod
A standalone, lore-friendly(ish) tactical armor set distributed throughout the commonwealth, built using ghostfc3s's Brotherhood of Steel Overhaul mod.

THIS MOD REQUIRES GHOSTFC3S'S MOD TO BE INSTALLED FIRST. This mod acts as a replacer for his original mod.
What's in the Box?
- Fully modular armor set (helmet, torso, arms, and legs), injected into the armor LLs. Starting at level 24, you can find it anywhere you would find other pieces of armor. Starting at level 32 you can find Heavy variants of the armor pieces, which will have upgraded stats and some of which will have different visuals.
- 3 underarmors, injected into Gunner and Brotherhood of Steel underarmor leveled lists.
- Camouflage variants should appear on Gunner bosses starting at level 14.
- Steel Gray variants injected into the Brotherhood lists before they get combat armor. This is the earliest you'll be able to find it.
- 2 Backpacks, also to be found on the BoS or Gunner lists.
- Extensive customization options! Camo or gray paint, linings, and kit options for some items.
- The night vision goggles are not injected into any leveled lists and are instead craftable at the Chem Bench under the Utility category. This is because these are explicitly meant to be mounted on this armor set's helmet, and can look goofy floating in the air if worn alone.
I've included a couple new material files to that should fix some visual bugs from the original mod. Specifically:
- Fixed first person view of the short sleeve underarmor having no texture.
- Fixed the glass visor on the helmet appearing as nearly opaque yellow instead of clear glass.
- Made the gun and holster on the male 'pouches' vest variant invisible, using alpha settings in a material file. I did this because the female mesh does not have a holster on their vest, and I didn't like the mismatch.
I've also made two Optional Patches for anyone interested
- West Tek Tactical Optics. This integrates the Night vision goggles into West Tek Tactical Optics. They will function exactly like any other West Tek goggles, including when they are unlocked for crafting, what vision modes are available, and they will work with West Tek's toggle switch functionality.
- Gunner Outfit Extreme Overhaul. This injects the Scout armor set as an outfit into GOEO's outfit lists. Keep in mind that GOEO's lists are absolutely massive, so they will still be rather rare. This patch requires Robco Patcher.
Installation
- Install Brotherhood of Steel Overhaul first. Then install this mod.
- If using a mod manager, load this mod after Brotherhood of Steel Overhaul.
- If not using a mod manager, go get a mod manager.
- Just kidding. If not using a mod manager then just ensure this mod overwrites Brotherhood of Steel Overhaul's esp when asked.
Compatibility
- This touches no vanilla records and only uses scripted LL injection. It should, theoretically, be compatible with everything then. As in nothing will break. If you use mods that heavily edit leveled lists then the armor might not show up, but, again, this mod will not break anything.
