Those meshes where missing in the original. This is an addon so the main mod is required and this mod is really worthless anyway without it anyway. ;)

I really like this old mod Rebuild Sanctuary Parts, which is a requirement but the railings where not available in game but the author did make a mesh for it, so I edited the mesh, gave it a new UV, so the colors are correct and also made a new mesh that we can place at the middle platform at the curved staircases.
The 2 items are located at: Structures > Metal > Stairs
To place the meshes would require the mod: Place Everywhere
When placing them you need to turn off the surface snapping with F2
To adjust the z position at the middle platform rails, I did open the console, checked the height of the stairs with getpos z and set that to the Railings with setpos z but you can adjust it manually as well of course.
To adjust the x and y positions, you can do the same as above with x and y instead of z, but it is enough to use numpad 4 and 6 with the mod Place Everywhere really. Check my console in the screenshots if you wanna do as I do that is.
The mod is an light esp and works the same way as an esl.
The meshes are made with Blender and Nifskope and I can share how they where made if anyone wanna know, with working collisions. You can also peek at this thread about it at SS2 Forum and skroll down a bitto see the solution from DigitalDrool.
