The power armor can be found at Fairline Hill Estates - watch out for Yao Guai! Can also be added as a paint to any T-60 armor once the player unlocks the relevant Brotherhood paints. Knight, Paladin and Sentinel versions available, with the same stat bonuses as the vanilla power armor paints.
