Fixed/adjusted the snaps for the interior 1x1.5 plot from Sim Settlements 2.
Added a second version called scorched earth, removing all snap points to things outside the plot, should only snap to things, not snap to air
Just a mesh replacer, should have no compatibility problems with any mods ever. Just make sure it has a higher priority than ss2
