A simple patch needs to be made to have preston wear the new gear. I'll make one later and upload it. I dont know how to do FOMOD so i'll just make some replacer files for those who want to use them. This will save esp slots.

This patch has all items and the weapon to match whats needed for Horizon and adds in West Tek Optics. I'll put up a non optics version at some point.
