IMPORTANT
Do not install the crafting options for these. They are not needed and will break horizon edits.
Until I finish some custom lvllist injections for this some NPCs will spawn in wear the items and armor that will throw off the look. I will be making armor that is invisible (a function already in Horizon) since the gear has been turned into outfits and not actually armor as was the originals mods setup.
