About this mod
This mod is an edit of the original Bullet Time mod and sets the options from 100 all the way to 1000000 times slower or 0.01 - 0.000001 times slower. However, in order to use almost all of the options, you must use tcl command or download the cheat room mod by Bradenm1 on Bethesda.net

This mod includes 5 options of time dilation: 1/100, 1/1000, 1/10000, 1/100000, and 1/1000000.
To be able to move with 0.01 or higher, all you need to do is use the tcl command or the burn to ashes item from the cheat room mod (From the in-game Bethesda mod menu or from the Bethesda mods website):

The item is found in this box:
After using the item, you will be able to no-clip through everything but can't jump or go up and down:
To stop being invisible, just go into third person and back into first person:
In order to return completely back to normal, just load in a quick save and you should be fixed:
After that, you can move freely with nothing holding you back...
If you want to go beyond the time dilation of 0.000001 then you'll need to edit the settings in creation kit instead of FO4edit.
