About this mod
The mod remakes/upscales vanilla textures of water, both standing and flowing, splash textures, rain ripples and floating garbage, scum and all kinds of other material, water coast foam and wave splash drops.

I DON'T KNOW ENGLISH WELL, SORRY FOR THAT.
I base my mods on Qrsr's Dark Commonwealth mod, that's why they are the way they are.
Mods are overhauled vanilla files. They are not things made from scratch with precision and care, they are things created using a hammer with total amateurism. I like the vanilla style and therefore I want to capture the vanilla feeling.
I don't have time (real life consequences), so I probably won't answer questions like "how to install a mod" or "why is a mod the way it is"... I'll probably not answer anything at all. Mods are what they are - "take it or leave it".
There are smarter people than me out there in the Nexus universe, if they think I've done something wrong, please tell me what it is and how to correct it.
ZP's Vanilla Water Liquid Scum:
The mod remakes/upscales (2K) vanilla textures of water, both standing and flowing, splash textures, rain ripples and floating garbage, scum and all kinds of other materials, water coast foam and wave splash drops, just everything related to the sea, lakes, rivers, swamp, GS water and similar things in FO4 and its DLCs.
Somewhere I not only upscaled the textures, but also redesigned them, while keeping the vanilla design.
To compare running water, there is a pathetic video, on YT it's in terrible quality, the original is better, but at least you see the mod in action., there are also pictures.
Some textures are used by the blood system, so even the vanilla blood is more detailed, that was not my original intention, but it happened.
I know some of the textures are trivial, like drops, but when I got down to it I redid everything, at least I hope.
In the future, I will see how Dark Commonwealth develops in terms of the darkness of the night, and then I will also adjust the textures as needed.

The loose files overwrites several VANILLA files in the Textures library. For more information, click on Preview file contents in the Files section.

Flowing Rivers - Better Coastal Waves got an update - the waves are simply much better, do yourself a favor and install it. My mod also improves the wave splashes and when you look closely you can see the difference
