Uses the Cabot house cell as a player home with workshop.

This mod makes use of the cool looking Cabot House location and turns it into a player home. Note, this mod creates a new location and does not effect the original Cabot house in any way.
The house contains a few subtle additions such as a workshop, with multiple power connectors throughout the house, as well as a loft and an additional room for Power Armour storage in the basement.
Location:
I picked a nice place within the flooded part of the city, next to University point.
