Various changes and tweaks, Jump height, AP usage, Perk tweaks for damage and no fall damage, no sway, perfect aim, water breathing, carry weight and more, New cyborg ability giving multiple resistances including ability to have auto stealth boy upon crouching (given upon acquiring strong back 3). Companion affinity always positive regardless of message, Minutemen are leveled as well as most settlers (level up with player), Mysterious serum makes the player immortal (lasts 1 year). A selection of custom weapons and gear available at the chem workbench with boosted stats all are standalone.
