I recently downloaded the Noir Penthouse from the Creation Club, and found -as others unfortunately have- that the view of downtown Boston from the penthouse was a little too good. It turns out that the 'Next-Gen' version of the Creation is missing all precombined meshes for the penthouse cell (thanks to BenRierimanu for pointing this out), disabling the previs/precombine system within that cell, and ultimately causing the walls and other items to appear invisible from most angles. After searching around for a patch, and finding none, I just made my own using PJMail's fantastic precombine scripts.
Installation Instructions: Install with any mod manager
Compatibility: This patch only affects the penthouse interior cell and should be compatible with most other mods that make changes to it. However, this patch needs be placed lower in the load order than (ie. it needs to overwrite) any other mod(s) that make changes to the penthouse.
Example Load Order: Fallout4.esm cctosfo4001-neosky.esm (Mods that make changes to the penthouse cell) NoirCC_PreVisFix.esp (This patch)
It is compatible with both OG and NG versions of Fallout 4.
