Patch for Shady Motives that delays the start of the quest and a few other fixes and tweaks.
Main
Delayed quest start to 2 days after Reunions or 7 days after Taking Independence/Tradecraft. Ongoing saves will skip wait time if quests are finished at initial boot.
Reduced first quest caps reward from 1000+1000 to 500+500 to better match the difficulty of the quest.
Added missing male player voiceline when first meeting Cabbage.
Fixed a few subtitle misalignments.
Made it so you can now interact with the workshop itself. Check screenshots.
Weapons
Fixed keywords for new Heavy Weapon so it'll both sort properly and be placeable on rack!
Increased Perk Requirements for the Heavy Weapon.
