ESL Dummy Plugin + NextGen BA2 Archives - you will probably need the Backported Archive Support System (BASS) mod if you downgraded. ESL plugin is empty and only tricks FO4 into loading the ba2 archives containing the facegen data. No loose files version because this is 4GB and realllllly should be archived for load performance. Save game safe!
