About this mod

An abandoned church and graveyard in southern Far Harbor. Comes with working Fog Condensers, detailed scrapping, regenerated precombines, dynamic navmeshes, repairable church, and a custom border.

An interesting little spot only used once during a side quest and then never touched again.
In other words, a very good candidate for a settlement mod.

Installation
Place "OCsRuinedChurch.esp" at the bottom of your load order.
Do not be near the church when installing for the first time.

You can install this mod at any time.

Vortex Installation Steps

With the settlement installed and enabled, click on the "plugins" tab on the bottom left side.

Find OCsRuinedChurch.esp and double click on it. This should open up a small window to the right. Scroll to the bottom of this window.

Within the window from step 2 find "Groups." Assign the plugin to the "Dynamic Patches" group. Vortex will now sort the mod to the bottom of your load order.


Other Details

Misc Files includes a file to swap this location's name to it's real life name, Tremont Community Church.

The settlement is unlocked by interacting with the pile of broken Fog Condensers.
The side quest at this location was left intact and functional.
