About this mod
When you wear a mask (Mouth / biped slot 49) you have reduced AP, reduced AP regen. AP also drains when running when mask is worn.
maximum.Compatibility.

For a lil more immersion wearing something over your mouth (biped slot 49 / index 19) will now slightly reduce your maximum AP and significantly reduce your AP Regen. Also while wearing a mask you will slightly drain AP when running.
Additional notes: The MGEF condition checks if any gear with biped slot 49 is being worn. It is possible that certain modded accessories that dont visually cover the mouth are flagged with biped slot 49 by the mod author i.e. earrings, lip piercings, butt plugs etc.
Compatibility with stuff = Yes, no vanilla records edited, MGEFS applied via Perk.
Uninstall: (Bad boy) remove any slot 49 gear then save and remove esp. The AP reduction will persist if you remove the esp while still wearing slot 49 gear.
Extra tips:
If you play in 3rd person you can unequip gear via FO4 hotkeys:
(whatever hotkey)=player.cf "actor.unequipitemslot" X (X = Biped Index 19 [Biped Slot subtracted by 30] if your mask only takes up the aforementioned index. If your mask / helmet covers multiple index / slots then you would use the lowest number index i.e. helmet that covers eyes[17] and mouth[19] you would put 17) You can then reequip the gear piece via standard favorites bar.
Additionally you can use Outfit Switcher or Dynamic Helmet and im sure there are others that can make the helmet / mask transition more seemless.

Final note: Originally I was applying the AP Drain via Object enchantment until I realized that you can only have 1 base object enchantment. Additional enchantments must be applied via omod which I couldnt dynamically apply via RobCo. The esl file still works but compatibility is less because it overwrites any base enchantment effects. On the other hand the most common base enchantments are usually minor stat boosters and the cool ones are added via omod but the disclaimer is there. The aforementioned issue only applies to the esl file. For maximum compatibility use the esp.
