Restored based on ground mole rat from fallout 76, adapted for fallout 4. Can be crafted at any cooking station, increases agility for 1 hour, the recipe requires mole rat meat, silt bean, and water, just like fallout 76. The item is in the game, but is not used anywhere except for the Far Harbor DLC
