A Blueprint for Sanctuary Hills!

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Hi Everyone! This settlement is the first of 4 settlements that I built in my last playthrough, I'm uploading them as an archive of sorts, since I'm taking a break from Fallout 4.

I had a lot of fun building these and really like how they came out, bear in mind I'm no master builder and I really don't intend to be, so if my settlements seem a little amateurish it's because they are lol, for what is worth I put a lot of heart into these and I hope it shows :D.

I may update them in the future if I think they are in need for one but for now, enjoy!

Feel free to edit them, use them and add your own flavor to it, matter of fact I would love to see what you do with them, so maybe I can get new ideas or learn different techniques, so if you built upon them and decide to release the blueprint, link it on your comment!

Be aware that all of my settlements require all DLC and some CC such as: The Slocum's Joe pack, Home Decor pack, Modern Furniture pack and the Settlement Ambush kit.

One more thing; If you release a settlement using mine as a base and what I built is still recognisable I would appreciate if you can mention me or my blueprint somewhere, thanks!

Sanctuary Hills Smalltown

This small community has everything you could ever want in the post apocalypse: a Luxury (kinda) Hotel, a Slocum's Joe for those who have a sweet tooth, a greenhouse, a mall with all the necessities, a security center complete with a gym, a park and last but not least a restaurant on the docks!

This is the first settlement I completed in My last playthrough, and is the one that took me the most time since I had to change a lot of stuff on the go thanks to doing it without a completely clear idea in mind, I wanted to make it feel scrappy yet homely at the same time while also giving it a bit of a premium-y vibe like an oasis in the Commonwealth.

Most, if not all of the pre-bult homes are empty, in part it is a way for you to decide what to do with them, but the biggest reason is because I honestly did not know what to do with them since all of the bedding is in the Security Center/Warehouse and the Hotel and most of the potential shops are centralized in the Mall as well as the food on the Greenhouse.

Enjoy!

FUN  FACTS

  • I made this settlement in the span of months mostly due to trying to remember things from previous versions I did and what I wanted to bring back.

  • This is the most unorganized settlment I built meaning I started building and then thought about what may or may not work.

  • There were 2 "prototypes" of this settlment the first one had all kinds of stuff, it was the most gameplay functional of all, it had animal cages, a fight cage, manufacturing, robot building, etc. The second one somewhat resembled This one except it had a dedicated gym, an open market, a dedicated clinic, a school (totally useless as there are no child settlers lol) and even slums, that version was lost to the Fallout 4 Brickening caused by the NG update, don't miss it tho, It walked so this iteration of sanctuary could run.

  • While building I listened to a plethora of music from all genres to many podcasts detailing the ins and outs of my country's politics.
