Tactical Reload patch for awesome mod, which adds to the game a generic version of Radium Rifle and some improvements for it created by codeblackcrash

Here is nothing really special, just makes a generic version of Radium Rifle use the partial reload animation from famous Tactical Reload mod.
Compatibility:
- Should be compatible with all animation mods for Radium Rifle that have a partial reload animation and support Tactical Reload in general
- Can conflict with mods that overwrite a Radium Rifle record
Let me know if there are any bugs or crashes, so I can fix them, if I've missed something. There shouldn't be any problems though
