Allows you to make the Super Duper Mart in Lexington into a fully functional settlement, including The ability to build a settlement beacon and summon Settlers, Caravan support for both vanilla and SS2
Settlers can be recruited like any normal settlement through the use of a recruitment beacon or being sent there from another settlement.
The settlement can be linked with caravans via vanilla FO4 caravans or the SS2 caravan plots. You will need to kill all of the ghouls in the Super Duper mart to secure it and use the woirkbench.
Through the work of the amazing TenHats, several reconstruction projects are available in this settlement.
The roof in the main floor can be repaired, patching the holes and cleaning up the large debris pile.
The Fusion generator in the back can be repaired providing 100 power and can be wired into like a standard generator.
The water filter in the back can be repaired providing 15 water and fixing the water fountain by the front entrance to provide pure water
Please note there is a deadspot for navmesh where the collapsed ceiling is, This is because I did not want to mess with the navmesh and risk introducing a crash into the settlement, if you encounter issues with settler pathing there you can cover it with floor pieces or mods that add ingame navmesh pieces to help resolve it.
