I understand that this might be presumptuous of me, because I'm sure the quality of my weapon isn't up to par.
I don't judge you for borrowing mod guns, they are after all awesome, and I'm sure the monumental effort you have crafting a new land is something to aspire to -- lazily slapping mod weapons together however, isn't. I would prefer if the weapon is instead integrated with more thought and effort, than just a straight-up port and some tweaks that it looks more like an asset-flip than anything. I am well aware of the weakness of my mod, and as such I would prefer if some more polishing is applied for it to be put into your project, such as perhaps take out the ammo-switching system if the rest of the guns you're employing doesn't use that. Maybe give it better texture, or take out the unnecessary ones. But whatever you do, it shouldn't look lazy -- put more effort into it.
Lore:
The XM197 Anti-Materiel "Payload" Rifle was intended to be the answer against the Chinese 35mm-caliber Grenade Launcher, employed with the similar Counter-Sniper role. It fires the 25mm Grenade Machinegun rounds, that are autocannon shells fired with lower propellant and lower velocity -- not enough to hit aircraft at higher-altitudes, but just enough against materiel and infantry. Accurized, with variable length of barrels, it can send shells at relatively flat trajectories, to arc over objects, or something in between. Affectionately known as "Payload Rifle", for it's capacity to fire standard 25mm autocannon round that has different types of shells for different occasions.
Built from the Red Raptor "Intervention", chambered from 50-MG and then into 25mm Grenades, it uses a short-recoil operation with a small annular bolt that keeps the bolt-travel short.

Features:

> Custom Sounds.
> Leveled-List Integration. Shows up predominantly on Vendor and Gunners. Grenade-Launcher at Level 15, and Sniper variants at Level 25.
> Built-in Ammo-Switching System - Can fire different types of projectiles, and can switch dynamically in-between. Legendaries have different ammos.
> Comprehensive but optional Ammo-System - that introduces different ammunition and crafting.
> Can change skins. Acquire uniques to unlock more skins.
> You can change projectile velocity based on the barrel length. Stub to lob, longer barrels for flatter trajectory!
Ammunition:
> High-Explosive Armor-Piercing (HEAP) - Standard. Balanced splash damage and direct damage.
> High-Explosive High-Capacity (HEHC) - Also known as Mine, or Minengeschoss. Reduced direct damage, increased splash damage and radius.
> High-Explosive Incendiary (HEI) - Deals mixed damage, and damage overtime.
> Training-Practice (TP) - Increased direct-damage, severely reduced splash damage and radius.
Coldburn
> Cryogenic - Applies slow, and can freeze targets. Reduced direct damage, increased splash radius.
> Depleted-Uranium - Increased armor penetration, deals radiation damage. Reduced splash radius.
Lockdown
> Electromagnetic Pulse - Deals energy damage, and extra damage to mechanical targets, can stun organic targets. Reduced splash radius and damage.
> Plasma-Infused - Deals mixed damage, and increased splash damage and radius.
Flak Cannon
> Buckshot - Basic multi-projectile non-explosive shot.
> Dragon's Breath - Fixed short-ranged burst of fire.
Payback Rifle
> Caps Shot - Increased splash radius, reduced splash damage and direct damage. Embeds bottle-caps to targets.
> Nuka Shells - Reduced splash radius, increased splash-damage.
Tina's Tater-Tots
> Cluster Bombs - Saturates an area with explosive bomblets.
> Acid Bombs - Saturates an area with persistent acid pools. (Does not work with mirelurks.)
Penetrator
> Saboted Light-Armor Penetrator - Fires high-velocity non-explosive penetrators, that deal more damage outside of range.
Hyena Infra-Dead
> Sticky Grenade - Time-Delayed nuclear grenades that stick to targets and surfaces, and will explode on expiry.
Compatibility:
> Patch for WOS - Will use WOS' grenades, adds appropriate grenades. Defers to built-in ammo-system. WOS won't use new grenades.
> Patch for Munitions - Will use Munitions 25mm Grenades. Flak-Cannon will still uses Shrapnel. Replaces Munitions 25mm shell-casing, for function reason.
Legendaries and Uniques:
> Coldburn - "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn." - An armor-penetrating Payload Rifle. Sold in the Institute Concourse.
> Flak Cannon - "That's a fucking anti-aircraft gun Vincent!" - A modified Payload Rifle that fires Buckshot. Can be found within the safe of Commonwealth Bank.
> Hyena Infra-Dead - "Punch your fists into the air and raise a rebel yell! There's lots of bad'uns out there you need to send to hell!" - An otherworldly Payload Rifle. Locked away in the Cranberry Island at Far Harbor.
> Intervention - “Stay out of my territory.” - The basis of Payload-Rifles, firing 50-MG instead. Can be bought from Arturo, in Diamond City.
> Lockdown - "Sexier than my girlfriend and twice as nice." - An energy-based Payload Rifle. Sold by KLE0, in Goodneighbor.
> Payback Rifle - "Keep the change, you filthy animal!" - Is a modified Payload-Rifle. Can be won in the Nuka-Cade.
> Penetrator - “Shot to the heart, and you're to blame!” - An optimized Payload-Rifle, designed to fire saboted light-armor penetrators. Can be bought from Tinker-Tom.
> Tina's Tater-Tots - "Roll for initiative, suckas!" - A tweaked Payload-Rifle, able to fire shells that splits into bomblets. Can be bought from
