Description
I went ahead and adapted some mutations from Fallout 76 as new perks for the player. Five new perks in total.
To get started, you need to be at least level 8 and get the new perk Class Freak. This will be your gateway to all the other perks. :)

Compatibility
Works on NG and pre-NG/OG. It has no F4SE plugin, and mostly just relies on LevelUpMenuEx.
Should work with any other perk mods or overhauls. These perks are standalone, and while vanilla things are referenced, I edited none of the records.
Works great with Perks 76 if you want more of the Appalachian vibes in Boston. Goat Legs makes Marsupial much more fun, if you don't want to use Cushioned leg armor.
Install & Uninstall
Installs like any other plugin. Simply install or remove the ESP with your mod manager.
Existing saves are safe to install it whenever. However, uninstalling requires a new game if you've taken any of my perks. Backup your saves either way!

Class Freak
Requires Level 8.
"Toxic waste exposure gave you super powers! Gain +2 to all SPECIAL, and the ability to take further mutations through new perks."
Marsupial
Requires Level 16 and Class Freak.
"Papa's got a brand new pouch! You can jump four times as high, and gain 20 carrying capacity. Mind the fall damage!"
Speed Demon
Requires Level 20 and Class Freak.
"My little runaway! You can run 30% faster."
Scaly Skin
Requires Level 24 and Class Freak.
"Your armored scales rival the Dragons of Honalee! Gain +50 to Damage Resistance."
I only chose my personal favorites to adapt as perks, which luckily, were the easiest to implement. I'm not exactly a tech wizard so you can expect rather simplistic perk effects. Also, certain effects (i.e. bird bones slowfall) were above my pay-grade, assuming they'd even be doable. I did make sure the perks are still all familiar to 76 players. I also added some 50s & 60s song references to their perk descriptions for added flavor.
