About this mod
A transfer settlement blueprint for the Slog. A small observation post monitors ghoul farmers below.

Generally, the idea is that this is part of a post-MQ above-ground Institute.
The Director was right again - the ghouls at the farming community referred to as "The Slog" were able to be convinced to... accept observation. With the success of the prior farm observation operation, I hope there to be merit to observing the ghoul farmers, too, as it presents another unique agricultural environment.
Despite our best efforts, we have not yet been able to replicate a ghoul-like Gen-3 synth outside of brute force and damaging the synth's features directly to achieve parity, so substitution was considered wasteful. But the Director was right in that it wouldn't be necessary. They had apparently established some rapport with the community prior, and after volunteering a power generator, a series of automated turrets, and a water purifier they accepted our presence with only modest hesitation. They may be getting the better end of the deal. Hopefully this endeavor reveals helpful information regarding water-based crops. Oh, and of course that boor Ayo just had to insist that a desk be available for SRB activities. Space is so limited already, but we'll play nice.

Overview of features:
- Elevated observation post overlooking the Slog. Has one-way glass for extra creep factor. Has two medical/test beds (function as beds for settlers - I assign a pair of Institute settlers using FCOM). Minor decorations.
- If you have Creative Clutter, there are some small flower/herb/fungus crops in the lab.
- An institute generator on the pool deck, supplying power to the water purifier.
- Multiple turrets on the roof.
- Very, very few additions to the main building. Boarded up some windows, added a fireplace and a firebarrel.
- Added some extra crops in addition to the default vanilla crops.
These are the mods. If one isn't obvious, they're the same used in my other, more recent blueprints. If you have questions on them please ask.
