Ever wished for more space in GNN HQ? The current HQ can sometimes feel a bit restrictive when it comes to building, but now you have the freedom to truly expand! This mod adds an entire new floor to the Sim Settlements 2 Headquarters, fully functional as a settlement. This isn’t just any extra space—this new floor is designed as a large office-style building, offering a spacious area for all your settlement needs. Whether you're playing in Survival Mode or simply want a dedicated, expansive space to train and manage your settlers, this is the perfect addition to your HQ.
Not only do you get more HQ space, but now you have absolute full control over the space—shape the settlement exactly how you want! With access to the HQ’s power, water, and defense networks, you’ll be able to take full advantage of its infrastructure while staying close to your command centre. Plus, everything in the new area is fully scrappable, meaning you can clear out the existing furniture and design the floor however you see fit. Transform this office floor into your dream settlement, whether it's for efficiency, comfort, or aesthetics!
As an added bonus, the mod also contains a fully functional settler protectron companion named **M.I.K.E**—ready to assist in protecting your settlers and enhancing your HQ experience.

Getting Started
To begin, complete the **How to HQ** quest in chapter 2 of Sim Settlements. Once you have completed that quest, the mod's quest will start automatically when you next enter the HQ.
If the quest doesn't start or you wish to access the settlement earlier, simply use the fire escape door located at the back of the GNN HQ to manually trigger the quest and begin the mods quest! (See video for visual guidance.)

Embedded City Plan
This mod includes a simple but effective city plan that gradually boosts all settlers’ SPECIAL stats. This makes it ideal for:

Installation
Installation with a mod manager is recommended for ease of use.
For updates, simply overwrite the previous version with the new files. If you're using a mod manager, it should handle this automatically.
FAQs, Mod Compatibility & Mod Authors
Built with Sim Settlements 2 in mind, this mod is fully compatible and placed in a new, separate cell, ensuring no interference with vanilla Fallout 4 or Sim Settlements 2 HQ. It doesn’t affect any precombines. The new floor is added to the GNN elevator, and a fire exit entryway is created at the back of the GNN HQ to access this new area.
Navmeshes have been finalized in GNNExt03 and GNNExt06 for the new doorway with minor tweaks for navigation. Any potential compatibility issues, on the offchance they exist, would likely be minor pathfinding problems—please let me know if they arise.

"I HATE ESL FILES! Why is the mod an ESL and not ESL-flagged ESP"?
Good question. There are multiple engine bugs that prevent new cells being added to the game in an ESL-flagged ESP, so it's not an option I'm afraid! If this is a deal breaker, you can simply change the mods file extension to .ESP and remove the ESL flag in FO4Edit and use the mod as a regular ESP. But bare in mind this will make your save game incompatible with the .ESL version!
