Adds Two highly moddable Nail weapons based around "Quantum Oil"

Shortly before the war, Nuka Cola Quantum was released with mass popularity, It's unique glowing isotope was more than just a novelty however, as it was quickly found that it could even be weaponized to devastating effect. That being said not all intentions with that discovery were inherently malicious, as one engineer found a way to create a new tool that would revolutionize construction forever: The Nail Oil Gun... Or at least it would've had the war not occurred shortly after a few prototypes were made.

By combining Nuka Cola Quantum with oil and few other materials it creates an extremely combustible "Quantum Oil" which when sealed in the glass chamber of these "Self Driving Nails" creates a powerful long range nail propulsion system with surprising accuracy. While originally Intended to allow workers to build entire houses without even getting on a ladder, this largely forgotten technology was found by The Operators of Nuka World and adapted into deadly burst fire Carbines efficient enough for virtually any distance or situation. The Operators that carry these weapons, known as "Oilslickers" also wear custom built Quantum Oil enhanced heavy chestplates and specialized filtration masks. They serve as the 'Heavies" of the Operators, rarely seen outside the Parlor.

A rogue Oilslicker broke off from the gang and sought to sell this technology to a mysterious buyer on the dock near the General Atomics Factory, Although the deal evidently wasn't as legitimate as he had hoped.

The Ammo is primarily crafted via the Chem Bench, but there's also a whole heap of potential modifications and customizations for both of these weapons. The Carbine has more potential attachments and more impressive mechanics, but the Nailgun has more interesting Uniques and is much lighter weight.
A few of the more interesting attachments for the Carbine include: A conversion for the magazine to make it into a grenade launcher, "Cloak Sights" that while aiming either heal and shield allies or emit radiation/shock damage to nearby foes, and a set of elemental modules.

There are also 6 Unique versions of these two weapons that can be found

CARBINE UNIQUES:

The Demon - Located at the Gunner Plaza on a desk upstairs, Provides a few minor buffs while held

Red Queen - Found in The Parlor in Mag's Room, deals bonus damage on headshots    

The Arm - Hidden in the Memory Den, Inflicts Shock Damage with a chance to Paralyze 

NAILGUN UNIQUES:

Blutspender - Mass Bay Medical Center in the Emergency Ward, Fires Healing Syringes that heal instead of harming

Crucifier - Holy Mission Congregation, Inflicts Bleed and deals bonus damage to Ghouls

Demolisher - Cambridge Construction Site Warehouse, Explosive shots that only detonate when hitting terrain.

I usually try to avoid any unnecessary requirements, but I wanted a Halo-y battle rifle. I love burst fire, I will likely use that framework again.

Hopefully I packed all the files correctly, I reused a lot of assets, so if you use any of my other mods there might be redundancy issues, but it should be fine to overwrite everything.

This is also a little sneak peak at one of my much larger projects, so hopefully I someday finish that.
