/// WHAT IS THIS *EXACTLY*?
+ adds the Outfit "Pipe is Life Shirt" to Fallout 4
+ craftable at the Chemist Workbenches in "Utility"
+ obtainable through crafting only (5x Cloth)
+ Fallout 4 (Fallout4.esm)
Either A:
Install the file automatically via a mod manager like Vortex Mod Manager or Mod Organizer 2.
Or B:
unzip the files into the "Data"-Folder of your installing location of Fallout
4 (if you have no "data" folder you need to create
one)
If you have Fallout 4 via Steam:
(C [orwhatever drive it is on in your case] :/ProgramFiles/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data)
Put it somewhere near the end of your load order.

It's a simple mod that adds a wearable outfit, that is craftable at Workbenches. If you run mods that alter workbench-categories you may witness issues.
The BA2-files are Next-Gen. For Old-Gen compatibility use the "loose-files" option.
