There is a True Storms patch for Seasons Change, but in xedit it just seems to move TS records onto the patch. Seasons Change has seasonal based global chances for clear and rainy weather based on the season. This patch mod integrates Seasons Change global variables for TS weathers, EXCEPT radstorm, polluted, and sandstorm weathers. Hence, rain and other weather follow Seasons Change logic.
Radstorms
Radstorms have been given the same precipitation as SNOW from Seasons Change. Yes, that may seem weird that in radstorms there is snow. In my mind, that's not snow; it's ash or some sort of radioactive dust. I find this works better than radioactive rain during winter, when there is snow all over the ground. Of course this means there will be a snow-effect (but not on the ground) during the rest of the year. IMO, it would be great if Seasons Change had global variables for chance of radstorm and polluted to integrate, with different effects in the Winter. But in the meantime, my mod covers this base.
Note that vanilla radstorms still show rain.
I adjusted way down the frequency of all radstorms, both TS and vanilla. I think it works better as a freak occurrence. This way, the TS radstorms + Vanilla radstorms together have about the same chance as vanilla radstorms alone.
Mission Creep
OK, another thing. I forwarded the values of "Lightweight Lighting" for all lights listed in "Lights Cast No Shadow" (just internal lights) and then I removed the shadows. So this is also sort of a merge between parts of parts of LL and LCNS. I made this for myself and didn't feel like making another plug-in for this feature. If this bothers you, just go in xedit, delete all the lights; I don't want another plug-in to manage in my list.
Installation
