Why change a perfectly good weapon?
  Immersion, I guess? I know there are a lot of mods that rechambers the deliverer, but the fact .32/.38 caliber gun is stronger than a 10mm pistol didn't sit well with me. But I couldn't just lower its damage to worse than .38 rounds, nobody would want to use that! And then I thought, what if it's only good for the sneak attack? This will give some characteristics to the gun that fit the image of Railroad and the Walther PPK, instead of just being the "best pistol" for the VATS Gunsilgner build.

Features
  • Ammo capacity reduced to 8 and 11(large mag)
  • Base damage reduced to 14 (slightly higher than a .38 pipe gun to compensate for its reduced mag size)
  • New legendary effect that makes sneak attacks do x2 more damage. This will be applied multiplicatively.
  • Uses Munitions .32 round. (Non-Munition version available using vanilla .38)

The legendary effect won't change if you already have Deliverer
This is because Deliever's legendary effect is attached when you first receive it from Deacon. So if you don't have it yet, the mod will work fine. However, you must use console commands if you already acquired the gun. You can find the new legendary effect's ID with "help Agent 4 OMOD". Search online if you don't know how to apply a legendary mod to a weapon.

Damage comparison

   With Ninja 3, Mister Sandman 3, and Clock and Dagger; (Max x4.8)
  • Vanilla: 25 x 4.8 = 120
  • Mod: 14 x 4.8 x 2  = 134.4
The difference gets bigger with receiver upgrades and Gunslinger perks. 
So for sneak attacks, it performs even better than vanilla, but it's pretty useless in open combat.
