Adds Hot Air Balloons to Fallout 4's Workshop Mode.

This mod adds Hot Air Balloons to Fallout 4's Workshop mode.
How to use:
First go to a Chemistry Station and craft a couple of hot air balloon weights (This will allow you to stop/move/land the balloon).
Then craft a hot air balloon, available in the Workshop mode within FURNITURE > MISCELLANEOUS.
To ride the hot air balloon, simply jump into the balloon's basket. You will then have to shoot above you at the yellow balloon a few times to get the hot air balloon moving. The balloon should then start to steadily move upwards.
Note:
Due to the way Fallout 4's physics interact with the player, you will have to constantly jump while the balloon is moving upwards, otherwise you will fall through the floor. Sadly as far as I'm aware this is just a limitation of Fallout 4's implementation of havoc.
How To Stop The Balloon:
To stop the balloon, simply go to your Junk Tab and drop the hot air balloon weight you crafted at the Chemistry Station (Other physics items of the same weight should also do the trick). This should then weigh the balloon down just enough to stop it moving upwards and stabilise.
How To Move The Balloon:
To actually move the balloon horizontally can actually be a bit tricky, I have found that picking up the hot air balloon weight and gently pushing it against the side of the hot air balloon's basket by walking into it moves the balloon slightly. However this does tend to lose you some altitude. Though using this method does move you somewhat.
How To Land The Balloon:
To land the balloon, simply just drop two weights into the basket.
How To Get An NPC In The Balloon:
There are two versions of the hot air balloon. One for you and one for npcs (this is because npcs weigh more). To put an npc in the hot air balloon simply just craft the hot air balloon's basket around them. (To do this the mod Place Everywhere is recommended).
Note:
I would recommend saving before you start letting balloons go, as once they're up in the air they can be quite tricky to get back down.
