DCS is intended to bring both political and societal changes to Diamond City itself, thereby showcasing DC's position as the Crown Jewel of the Commonwealth. With this mod, Diamond City will be able to truly exert its power within the ruins of Boston, living up to the standard of what a city-state really is.

The Diamond City-State (DCS) is one of the mods on my roadmap to replace my UCC project, and with it, I hope to turn Diamond City into the true powerhouse it was meant to be. No more will its residents cower behind its walls with a weak security force to protect them, but rather DC will use its resources and manpower to expand across the ruins of Boston and live up to its potential that Bethesda neglected to capitalize on.
For now, though, this mod currently only affects DC Security personnel, who have been outfitted with assault marine armor and a postman hat (for the old school police appearance).
Future updates to this mod will bring the full might of what I have planned, but I wanted to at least make the security outfit available to anyone who didn't want DC Security to fold as fast as they do in vanilla.
