The HD CHEM PROJECT returns!, courtesy of a commision to finish my stimpaks. Newly created models for fallout 4, an HD stimpak, and a returning item from Fallout 3, a health dispenser. in 4k, 2k and 1k texture sizes. health dispensers have been added to leveled lists, and can be created at chem stations. relive some Operation Anchorage moments in Fallout 4. oh and have some fancy stimpaks too.
