This is just a simple 3 tier institute building in Sanctuary for those who want to keep it simple.

Level 8 character (from building, but did not select any perks yet). Cleared Sanctuary out and started fresh. One 3 tier glass (mostly) Institute building with workshops and storage on bottom floor, settler beds on second floor, and greenhouse on third. I built it this way because I wanted a simple place without too much clutter that didn't look dilapidated. I have not yet tested it with setter interaction.
