This mod makes Fairline Hill Estates buildable.
Mod tested for Fallout 4 VR (steam) and flat game 1.10.980 (steam).

Description: This mod makes Fairline Hill Estates buildable.
Trash: Only critical trash was removed, only by means of the game.
Requirements: none.
Recommendation: I made a save with 32 built settlements. Fairline Hill Estates is included in this save. VR Barracks 32 RU
Easy installation:
* the MY_GAMES.esp file must be placed in the path: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 VR\Data
* the plugins.txt file must be placed in the path C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Fallout4VR
In this file, an entry must be created, as low as possible:
*MY_GAMES.esp
