About this mod
Overrides a record property on the Facilities Terminal in Weston Water Treatment Facility to allow the player to load a holotape, critically enabling the use of the Turret Override holotape since this terminal controls 10 turrets throughout the facility.

In my testing, this did not require a new game. I saved in front of the terminal, exited the game, saved the new records into a larger custom mod I use as a catch-all. Upon loading back into the game, I could finally use the Turret Override holotape and the sound of machine gun fire echoed throughout the map as the turrets started cleaning up the mirelurks.
I'm using the "Next-gen" update, but this record is in vanilla Fallout4.esm, so I would expect it to be backwards compatible, though the .esp may have a newer version number that may make it incompatible. I'm way too lazy to try installing an older version of Fallout 4 (even if I already knew how, lol).
I may update this mod through my playthrough as I encounter more terminals needing this record change, but I expect there are players out there who, given this information, will be able to more thoroughly and rapidly build out a comprehensive patch of this intentional (or otherwise) "bug" in Fallout 4.
I encourage any who wish to use this information to further their own mods or create new ones or build upon this one to do so with my best wishes.

UFO4P / Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch
The UFO4P team had already implemented fixes for this and several other terminals back in 2017. Since their mod adjusts way more records than mine and makes additional changes to terminal entries as well, my mod will definitely conflict. I would recommend not bothering with my mod if you already have UFO4P installed, as they also have a fix for a bug that breaks faction flags when a cell resets that contains hacked turrets.
