Transfer Settlement Blueprint for Sanctuary Hills. This is a completely reimagined settlement. Sanctuary is filled with beautiful homes, parks, a recreation center and more.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Travel to Sanctuary
2. Speak to Codsworth and check neighborhood with him.
3. Claim settlement using workbench
4. Using the tilde key in the upper left-hand side of keyboard, use the command code 'SCRAPALL'
Here is where I was having issues with Transfer Settlements working properly while trying to import the "Sanctuary Reimagined" blueprint while in Sanctuary. However, I did find a work around:
5. Walk to Red Rocket
6. Claim Red Rocket settlement at the workbench
7. Take care of pesky critters
8. Build Transfer Settlement workbench, which is under the power management tab, under special items
9. Select import bp_ottapota_sanctuary_250324103222.json
10. This will automatically fast travel you to Sanctuary and begin building the blueprint process
11. Wait until the blueprint is entirely completed, this can take quite a bit of time.
The next issue I have after blueprint completion, is the game will freeze if you save directly after import or if you try to fast travel right away (Even though it tells you to do so). I have tried two solutions:
Solution 1: Wait a couple of in game days in Sanctuary and then try saving the game.
Solution 2: Use the command code TGM 'god mode' and walk away from Sanctuary as far as you can, for a couple of in-game days (Try not to use anything with a load door, as these will save automatically). The god mode is to keep you safe until you can save your game.
12. Once your game is saved you can now assign settlers to the community center, crops and gardening and beds.

This is not what I consider to be lore friendly. If you're looking for a more lore friendly mod, there are some great ones on Nexus. Fallout 4 version 1.10.984.0

** I use Visceral ENB**
