This is a simple mod I created for my own roleplay purposes and wanted to share.
It cleans up and restores the FEV Lab within The Institute. The area accessible through Bioscience has been changed by this mod, but the older destroyed areas have not been touched (so there will still be hostile turrets etc. there for you to fight if you chose to). New NPCs have been added to the area as well as some new terminal entries to give the feeling of a 'live' working lab.
In addition the laser grid terminal in Bioscience now can be unlocked through Shaun's Terminal Password (easily found in The Director's quarters) meaning you have quick and easy access to this area without having to pass a Master check or go around the long way. Virgil's quest for the serum is completely unchanged. It just makes it easier for you to get it should you so choose.
Functionally, this mod doesn't add any new quests or change anything ground breaking, but it does add to the immersion if you're interested in seeing the lab up and running instead of simply destroyed.
