Raymond is an old merc who ran some jobs with Kellogg back when. Then came the 111 job. It was a simple hit and run to grab a child, but when Kellogg shot the boy's parents, he wasn't too pleased. Kellogg shut him up by throwing him in one of the cryo tubes. Years later, for some reason unknown to him, he got woken up. After finding the railroad, he decides to run with them as he can use their resources along with help from our favorite toaster to track his backstabbing comrade.
