Unlocks all Rebuild AiO Settlement's build height limit to 9000.

I am a big fan of Settlement Height Unlocked by Valyn81 but it is incompatible with Rebuild AiO. It reverts a couple UFO4P and PRP edits, messes with Rebuild AiO's regenerated precombines and so on. I also dragged it to the 2025 Fallout 4 era. So I made my own version with blackjack and hoo.... with compatibility in mind.
So yeah what this mod does is increasing the maximum settlement build height limit to 9000 while keeping precombines intact and being compatible with Rebuild AiO. It unlocks build height for ALL vanilla in-game settlements, Far Harbor and Nuka World included.
Fine to install/remove anytime from your game, it shouldn't cause any issues or break anything (although I guess building insanely tall structures could, but that's on you).
Requirements:
- Far Harbor and Nuka World
- The Rebuild Collection AIO
- PRP
- Rebuild Settlements PRP Rebuilt
- Emirals Rebuild Settlements Cell Header Fixes (soft requirement, used this as a base, highly recommended).
Load my mod after the requirements, LOOT should sort it just fine too. As I said safe to install/remove mid-save whatever. Let me know if you encounter any issues, you shouldn't.
Not relevant at all but I am 100% sure someone will ask this: it is compatible with both NG and Downgraded Fallout 4, compatible with any versions really.
It was a lot of menial work rotting my brain doing this, so I don't take requests, happy to fix bugs or issues though!
