Spectacle Island build from the sands up to a comfortable resort away from the sorrows of a post apocalyptic Commonwealth.

This is my second blueprint upload so bear with me if I (still) get things slightly off.
You'll find yourself away from the Commonwealth on a quiet and comfortable resort as if nothing happened in 2077. Spectacle Island is now a beach resort with several mansions and townhouses.
This is built with respect to building style, area etc, but probably not to lore as you'd expect from a post apocalyptic game.
There's a military base, some streets with townhouses and a large mansion with all you need to craft and stock up. I have left most of the buildings empty for you to decorate as you see fit.
Doing this blueprint the right way would require you to scrap everything (and
perhaps even command disable some stuff) before loading it, except for the pier and the docks . Besides that, this blueprint requires several mods I amassed in the (over 8) years I have played this game and I use in basically every blueprint or rebuild I do.
If you are a rebuilding fan like I am, you probably have all these, if not I'd suggest you get them; they make the game a lot more fun imho.
After many playthroughs I found that I mostly liked to rebuild the Commonwealth. So I have. This blueprint is the second I share, there's
about 40 more. Varying from a fully rebuilt Lexington and USS constitution area to basically all settlements and some special places
like Bridgeport and a very large Vault 88 total rebuild. There's easily 1000+ hours in this.

You must be in the settlement and the terrain must be cleared. This blueprint will rebuild from the ground up so everything must be removed or it will occupy the same spots and cause interference. I use Scrap Everything but mainly because after many errors I know what i'm doing (sortof), some items perhaps have to be disabled in console. Boats can be adjusted in workshop mode to make them float near your pier again!
