About this mod

Welcome to Egret Tours Marina, a place to kick your feet up and have an ice-cold Gwinnett stout with your companions.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
DIRECTIONS:
0. Save a lot in case you scrap something you want to keep.
1. Travel to Egret Tours Marina
2. Speak to Phyllis Daily.
3. Claim settlement using workbench
4. Move the Workbench somewhere out of the way for now
5. Be careful there are a lot of booby traps at this settlement

5. DO NOT USE THE COMMAND CODE 'SCRAPALL', you need some of the original items that won't transfer using the blueprint.
I use the 3 following mods to scrap settlements:
1. Scrap Everything Scrap Everything at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community and
2. Scrappable Commonwealth Scrappable Commonwealth at Fallout 4 Nexus - Scrappable Commonwealth (This mod allows you to scrap un-scrapable
buildings and other items, it also allows you to move the workbench)
3. Spring Cleaning - Spring Cleaning at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community

SCRAPPING

1. Scrap both upper buildings but leave the pier shack (see pics)
2 Scrap the pier to the point before it drops down to lower pier (see pics)
3. Scrap all the railings, trash, cars, bushes and trees
4. Scap all upper walkways and floors
5. Scrap the sunken red fishing boat in the dock
6. Do not scrap the small wooden fishing boat, move it closer to the dock. (see pics)
7. Scrap everything inside the Red Rocket on dock. (You can even scrap some of the windows or shutters to open it a little)
8. Scrap everything inside the pier shack, but do not scrap the shack itself.

BUILDING THE SETTLEMENT
1. Build Transfer Settlement workbench, which is under the power management tab, under miscellaneous tab
2. Select import bp_ottapota
_marina_250414145921
3. Make sure you click the box: [Import original items (not built by the Player)]
3. Wait until the blueprint is entirely completed.

SAVING THE GAME

After blueprint completion, the game will more than likely freeze if you try to save directly after import or if you try to fast travel right away (Even though it tells you to do so). I have tried two solutions:
Solution 1: Wait a couple of in game days in Egret Tours Marina and then try saving the game.
Solution 2: Use the command code TGM 'god mode' and walk away from Egret Tours Maraina as far as you can, for a couple of in-game days (Try not to use anything with a load door, as these will save automatically). The god mode is to keep you safe until you can save your game.

** Once your game is saved you can now assign settlers.

Moving the Workbench
Once the Transfer Settlement is finished and your game is saved, you can now move the workbench. (The mod Scrappable Commonwealth allows to move workbench.) 1.  Move the Workbench to where you want or to where I have it in the picture.

INFORMATION:
This is not what I consider to be 100 % lore friendly. If you're looking for a more lore friendly mod, there are some great ones on Nexus.
