Compatible with We Are The Minutemen & FCOM
Works in both Next Gen and Old Gen
Only Far Harbor and Nuka World required
No weapon edit & Only Craftable Item Versions Available
Edits the Minutemen NPC Entries (carrying forward the edits from WATM), Outfits (All MM, Preston, Sturges, Ronnie Shaw, Clint & Wire), Minutemen Weapon & Clothing/Armor Level Lists. Equips all MM with the outfits and changes from laser muskets to various conventional arms (Submachine guns, Combat Rifles, etc.)
I wanted a Minutemen overhaul that standardizes the faction into something that resembled the military wing of the "Commonwealth Provisional Government". A vision of how the MM might become when the Sole Survivor has their flag waving across all of the settlements of the commonwealth. Why, when the Sole Survivor has collected all manner of weapons and armor would the MM stay wearing rags? I wanted the look of a force that uncovered large military surplus caches of uniforms and equipment, some police, some military. I tried to stick with re-purposing items already in the vanilla game to keep a more grounded flavor. With only a few exceptions, everything is from in game assets. You will find the MM equipped with the various items shown below, becoming more kitted out as you increase in level. Everything is craftable at the Chemistry station under the "Milsurp Minutemen" category (the General's uniform and hat require unlocking the Castle Armory before being craftabble). The items are ballistic weave enabled. Their weapon leveled list has been opened up to more variety to include Submachine Guns, Combat Rifles, Nuka World Handmade Rifles and various other fitting options. Compatible with We Are The Minutemen (I have carried over the NPC edits from WATM to the MM in this mod, so load this mod below WATM and it should work well together.) FCOM has been checked and is naturally compatible since it uses the vanilla outfits and weapon lists and my edits should carry forward (except for FCOM's "veteran" which uses a custom outfit).
Below you will find an overview of the various items added by this mod:

The Fatigues are reskinned Army Fatigues with boots taken from the Mechanic Jumpsuit, aiming at emulating the feel that the Minutemen is using old police or coast guard uniforms found in pre-war stockpiles. The Fatigues have a rolled sleeve variant that can be changed to at an armor workbench and has a chance to spawn naturally. Off Duty variant provided for garrison wear. The Jumpsuit has it's boots replaced with the squire outfit's boots to give variety since the fatigues use the jumpsuit's original boots. Finally, the vertibird pilot wears a Flightsuit with a bomber jacket over the top. Credit to Satojo for the flight jacket. All clothing options including these are Ballistic Weave enabled.

The Utility Cap is a reskinned and lightly remodeled version of MacCready's hat, which itself is based off of the USMC Utility Cover first issued in WW2. Next we have the standard Helmet courtesy of the Militarized Minutemen mod by Corvalho which is based off of the US Army M1 helmet first issued in WW2 and extensively used during and most closely associated with the Vietnam war. Next, we have the Officer Hat which is the Sea Captain / Airship Captain hat, which itself is a peaked cap retextured with a modeled US army officer badge taking inspiration from the US Air Force officer hat. The Beret is the in game Military Cap with a Minutemen crest. Then we have the Ranger's Hat which is a Cavalry Stetson with a Minutemen badge, again courtesy of Militarized Minutemen. Finally, we have the Riot Helmet which is a retextured Security Helmet with the visor in the lowered position.

The Duty Belt is an essential piece of gear, holding everything a Minuteman needs to be ready at a minute's notice. It re-purposes elements from the BoS Science Scribe armor, the big pouch from the leather chest armor and the metal canteen from the Far Harbor Hunter's Pelt outfit. I wanted something like the utility belt on combat armor but with it's own unique feel. The other vests all have the duty belt as an element.

The standard Security Vest is the in-game Security Armor which seems to be based on something like the Soviet 6B2 armor, being a cloth shell holding armor panels. I chose this as it is an item in abundance in the commonwealth to the point The Compound has a stockpile (in addition to every single vault, presumably). Combine it with some Hubflower dye and you are in business. It provides 12 DR. The Officer Vest has a pistol holster as well as binoculars taken from MacCready's outfit and a walkie talkie from the Utility Coveralls, both retaining their cloth physics. The Ranger "vest" is a rugged piece of load bearing gear meant for running light as they traverse the rough terrain of the commonwealth. The Riot Vest is a stripped down Combat Armor vest, meant to take after a kevlar ballistic vest where the entire vest is woven ballistic fabric instead of armor inserts. It provides 18 DR and 24 ER.

The General's Uniform takes inspiration from the United States Air Force General's uniform and uses reskinned Vault-Tec salesman outfit with Jack Cabot's dress shoes. The Field variant is modeled after the Massachussets State Police combined with General Patton's style of field outfit for something the player can wear into combat; pairs well with the Helmet. Courtesy of the Army Officer's outfit by Satojo. The Overcoat is the Silver Shroud's jacket reskinned and laid over the dress uniform. Ballistic Weave enabled.

Every fallen Minuteman will have on his body Minutemen Dogtags, an unscrappable misc item you can use to memorialize your fallen soldiers. These dogtags can be used to create Graves to honor your fallen Minutemen, craftable under the "Special" menu using 3 concrete and 1 dogtag.
