Required mods: Place Everywhere Adds a couple of powered spinning contraptions to Fallout 4's Workshop mode.
How to use: There are two Spinning Tumblers to choose from, the standard one or the large one. Once you have placed one (located within the FURNITURE > MISCELLANEOUS tab). Simply place a powered conveyor belt to the rear rubber roller part at the back of the machine.
Once the powered conveyor belt is switched on, this will spin the rear rubber roller, the rubber roller is then connected to a shaft, which then turns the drum at the front.
To be able to shove npcs in the Spinning Tumbler, I recommended the cool Get Out Of My Face mod.
