Replaces the Gamma Gun with TheWetHarmonica's Fission Gun.

I never really liked the Gamma Gun from the base game in any fashion: customizability, statistics, and appearance all fell very short for me. Fortunately, the Fission Gun mod exists and solves the problems with customizability and appearance, and statistics can be tweaked to preference. My own changes were to give it a proper set of receivers just like other energy weapons, and weigh the damage away from rads buildup in favor of pure radiation damage and energy damage. I may tweak the numbers further down the line.
I took the liberty to replace the name of the weapon while I was at it, and you can choose which you want from the main files. The options are Gamma Gun, Fission Gun and Radium Gun. There's also an optional file to replace all instances of the Far Harbour Radium Rifle with this weapon since I think it's ugly, hence why I made that last name an option.
