Adds animated glow to some of the traffic lights throughout the Commonwealth - the ones which are Moveable Statics. They are not part of the precombines, so overrides work on them. The traffic lights remain destructible, like in the vanilla game, with the addition of a small electrical explosion. If damaged, they will be back to normal once their 3d unloads - you get some distance or fast travel and come back.
I tested vanilla traffic lights, they don't get "repaired" with the cell reset. My goals were: to keep traffic lights destructible, to stop the glow when they are destroyed and to get them back to "working" state upon cell reset. I added destruction data to the moveable static of the traffic lights and attached a small script. However, for the script, I couldn't find event for the cell reset, so I decided to use different event - traffic lights are restored on unload. If you rather want the traffic lights indestructible, without collision and without plugin overrides, I recommend you check out this mod - FO4 Animated Traffic Lights.
The mod includes the same materials and textures as my Traffic Lights - Settlement Decorations. You can safely overwrite them, if using said mod. The plugin has ESL flag.
Recommended mods: Cola Machines - Working Fans - animates the fans of the Nuka and Vim Cola machines. Animated Robco Logo for Terminals - what it says in the title. Also this mod helped me to better understand the tutorials about texture animations in the nif. Traffic Lights illuminated - if using together with my mod, I suggest the default illumination, not the increased brightness.
