About this mod
This is a Workshop Framework Layout. I've used the Workshop Framework mod so items will be scrapped, and everything will be added the way I wanted it designed. I'll add a Transfer Settlements Blueprint, but you'll need to scap and/or disable items.

If using the Workshop Framework Layout file, the mod should clear everything that needs to be cleared. If you use the Transfer Settlements - Sharable Settlement Blueprints file (once I upload it), you'll have to disable/scrap items in the way of the design.
I use wireless power/items. You'll need to wire your settlement.
Hard Requirements:
Modern Furniture Workshop Pack (Creation Club) - for bunk beds
Nuka-Cola Collector Workshop (Creation Club) - for the Slocum's Joe Coffee Shop
Home Decor Workshop Pack (Creation Club) - for living quarters items
Automatron (DLC) - for the spotlights (100% optional, I altered mine to not require power)
Coffee and Donuts Workshop Pack (AKA: Slocum's Joe Pack - Creation Club) - for the Slocum's Joe Coffee Shop.
Vault 81 Trading Camp Settlement by tenhats (without it, this is useless)
